Crock Pot Pork Roast Sliders

  • 2 to 3 cups pulled pork see our 4-Ingredient Crock Pot Pulled Pork
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 2 to 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large sweet onion sliced thin
  • 6 slices swiss or provolone cheese
  • 1 dozen rolls of your choice
  1. Mix the shredded meat, cheeses and soup
  2. Place in crockpot and warm on low for 2 to 3 hours ~or~ if you're in a hurry just mix it up in a skillet, cover and warm over very low heat for 20 to 30 minutes
  3. In a separate skillet caramelize your onions in a bit of butter or beef broth
  4. Cut the rolls in half and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet
  5. Top the bread with the meat mixture, then the onions, then the cheeses.
  6. Place under the broiler for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serve warm and enjoy!
