Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cup cream or milk or half and half
  • 20- ounce bag of frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups of diced ham bacon or sausage
  • 1 1/3 cups of shredded cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon creole seasoning (optional)
  • ¾ cup mushrooms (optional)
  • ¾ cup onions (optional)

Instructions

  • Spray, oil or butter you slow cooker insert.
  • In a separate bowl beat the eggs, milk and spices til lemony yellow.
  • Layer your ingredients as follows:- 1/3 Hash Browns
    - 1/3 Meat
    - 1/3 Veggies
    - 1/3 Egg Mixture
    - 1/3 Cheese
  • Repeat the above step 2 more times, then top with the remaining cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.
