Butter or spray the bottom of your slow cooker insert.
Place the roast in the crockpot, sprinkle with the steak seasoning, toss in the garlic and pour the beef stock around the edges.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Freezer Meal Directions:
Pre-label your freezer bag(s).
Put the garlic, beef broth and steak seasoning directly in the bag. Zip closed and knead and shake to combine.
Unzip the bag, insert the roast.
Zip closed and squeeze out as much air as you can.
Lay flat and freeze for up to 3 months.
Defrost in the refrigerator overnight before cooking. Or, if cooking frozen add 2 hours to your cook time.

Making a yummy dipping sauce for this sandwich meat is super easy too! Just grab your Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce and add a bit to the crockpot drippings.If you'd prefer a richer flavor, you can add a pat or two of real butter.
