Bacon Maple Garlic Crock Pot Pork Loin

- 1 2 1/2 to 3- pound pork loin
- 20 or more cloves of garlic partially crushed
- 6 to 8 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons dried or 1/4 cup fresh herbs of your choice
Butter or oil the crockpot insert
Cut slits in the pork loin about 2/3's to 3/4's through every inch or so
Stuff each slit full of bacon, garlic, and herbs
Move to the crockpot and drizzle with maple syrup
Cover and cook on low for 5 to 8 hours
