- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 to 1 1/2 16 ounce packages frozen mixed vegetables,
- 2 medium potatoes washed and diced
- 1 10.5- ounce can cream of potato soup
- 1 10.5-ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- chicken broth
Butter or oil the crockpot insert
Add all the ingredients and stir
Cover and cook for 5 to 6 hours
Freezer Meal Planning:
Dump everything in a gallon sized bag, label and freeze up to 6 weeks
Defrost overnight in the refrigerator before cooking according to the above directions
