Slow Cooker Mac & Cheese
You can add a couple cups of cooked meats & or frozen veggies to this recipe...that makes it a super easy, yummy one-pot meal...
Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 1 cups milk
- 1 can cream of "something" soup
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 block cream cheese
- 3 cups shredded cheeses
Instructions
Slow Cooker Mac & Cheese
- Spray, oil or butter the slow cooker insert.
- Skillet boil the pasta for 5 minutes (see instructions below).
- Toss everything the in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours; high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Skillet Boiling Pasta
- Spray, oil or butter your skillet
- Add the pasta
- Cover with hot tap water ’til just covering the pasta
- Cover and cook on high for about 5 minutes
