Crock Pot Kielbasa Sauerkraut and Potato Dinner
This crock pot kielbasa and sauerkraut dish is delicious! It takes just a couple ingredients and a few minutes to toss this together too!
Servings: 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds sauerkraut
- 3 medium potatoes cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 medium onion sliced into rings
- 14.5 oz chicken broth
- 2 pounds kielbasa cut into serving size pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer the kielbasa, onions, and potatoes in the crockpot
- Cover with the sauerkraut and pour the chicken broth over the top
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours
