3 to 5 Ingredient Super Easy Peach Cobbler Recipe Step-by-Step

- 1 large can of sliced peaches in heavy syrup
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 stick of butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon & sugar mix (optional)
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
- Salted Caramel Topping (optional)...BUT if you decide to use it you can also make this in your crock pot too! And it cooks overnight AND it's only 1 to 2 ingredients!
Drain the peaches & Reserve the liquid
Butter the slow cooker insert with part of the butter...
then dump in the drained peaches
Sprinkle on the cake mix
Layer the butter slices
Drizzle with peach syrup...
Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar
Cover & cook on low for 5 to 7 hours
The time will vary a lot depending on the amount of syrup in the can. Pst...if it isn't nasty gooey, it's done.
The end result 🙂
It's absolutely delicious served with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel 🙂
Easy Peach Cobbler Recipe (Oven Version)
To make this recipe in the oven you'll need all the same ingredients and follow the directions in the same order. Just preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 45 to 60 minutes. It's yummy either way but the crockpot version tastes sorta "softer".

Hi! Could you tell me what size crockpot you are using for the Peach Cobbler? Also, what size pan would one use for your oven version? Can't wait to try this!!
Hi Carla,
That is a 4-quart slow cooker. You can use a larger one if you have it but the cook time will decrease because it won't be as thickly layered.
And I've always used either an 8x8 or a 9x9 pan when making it in the oven. And the same goes for the size of the baking dish...the larger it is, the faster it will cook.
Thanks! Hope you enjoy it 🙂
